Walk through the onboarding guide

Name Amanda Williams as your Sponsor or Co-Sponsor
When prompted, enter my name and ID exactly as shown. If naming me as co-sponsor, you'll also enter your primary sponsor's info. This step is permanent — give it the attention it deserves.

Sign your Independent Contractor Agreement
Review and e-sign the ICA. This is your agreement with eXp as an independent contractor. Read it — it's agent-friendly and straightforward.

Transfer your license
Your state broker will send instructions on how to move your license to eXp. The process varies by state — I'll help you navigate so nothing gets stuck.

Welcome to the tribe
Once you're in, I personally get you connected — to the courses, the Aligned Agent Community, the 6-week wellness challenge, and everything else in this ecosystem.
